º . Gestión de promoción para el remate. Los comisionados deberán adoptar mecanismos especiales de promoción para la diligencia de remate. Estos podrán tener como destinatario al público en general, o podrá tratarse de una gestión estratégica atendiendo la ubicación, la destinación, el valor o cualquier otra circunstancia. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de las publicaciones previstas en el artículo 525 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
