º. Servicio de radioaficionado . Es un servicio de radiocomunicaciones que tiene por objeto la instrucción individual, la intercomunicación y los estudios técnicos efectuados por aficionados debidamente actualizados que se interesan en la radioexperimentación con fines exclusivamente personales y sin ánimo de lucro, en las condiciones establecidas en la Ley 94 del 14 de diciembre de 1993 y en este decreto.
