No se revalidarán salvoconductos que presenten alteraciones, o en los cuales no aparezca indicada clara y completamente al arma amparada. Si se comprueba una alteración cualquiera en un salvoconducto, tanto éste como el arma amparada serán decomisados; sin perjuicio de la acción penal a que hubiere lugar.
