El término para el ejercicio de las facultades concedidas al Gobierno por la Ley 100 de 1923 , se prorroga hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1926, y la partida de quinientos mil pesos ($500.000) destinada por el artículo 4° de la misma Ley, se puede tomar por el Gobierno de cualquiera de los contados cuarto y quinto de la indemnización americana o de los fondos comunes del Tesoro Nacional.
