Objeto. Incentivar el abastecimiento de gas combustible en el país y ampliar su Utilización, con el fin de generar impactos positivos en el medio ambiente, en la calidad de vida y la salud de la población, además el acceso al servicio público, según lo establecido en la Ley 1955 de 2019.
