Artículo primero. El trabajador particular que obtenga o haya obtenido del Banco Central Hipotecario un crédito para adquisición de vivienda o lote, podrá exigir a su empleador que entregue al mismo Banco, en las oportunidades que este estipule con el trabajador, los anticipos de cesantía a que tenga derecho.
