Dentro de los treinta, (30) días siguientes a la fecha de la aprobación impartida por el Superintendente Bancario el acta orgánica, se procederá a la elección o designación de Directores en propiedad y de Revisor Fiscal, de acuerdo con los artículos 8º, 9º y 11 del presente Decreto.
