La subvención nacional para la carretera automoviliaria que construye el Departamento de Santander, de Barrancabermeja, bifurcándose en San Vicente hacia Zapatoca, San Gil o un punto intermedio de la carretera entre San Gil y Socorro, y Charalá hasta el límite con Boyacá, por una parte, y a Bucaramanga y Málaga, por otra llamada carretera troncal de Barrancabermeja, será la misma de que trata el artículo 1º de la Ley 21 de 1927 , el cual queda aclarado en estos términos.
