Art. 4.° La cantidad de $ 2,839 que resulta en el material de las oficinas judiciales en los Circuitos de Atrato, Santander, Cali, Palmira, Buenaventura, Buga, Tuluá, Quindío, Toro y San Juan, será atendida en la Administración principal de Correos de Cali, ó en la oficina subalterna de Hacienda nacional donde aquel empleado tenga á bien fijar tal pago ; y la de $ 2,161 que da el material de las mismas oficinas en los Circuitos de Popayán, Caldas, Pasto, Tuquerres, Obando y Barbacoas, en la Administración principal de Correos de esto lugar ó en las subalternas de Correos nacionales de su dependencia, donde el Administrador principal lo determine.
