En los juicios que por causa de accidentes del trabajo se suscitaren entre

el patrón y el obrero, este además del derecho con que lo favorece el inciso 2°.del Articulo 15 de la Ley 57de 1915 de usar papel común en las actuaciones, gozara también de las demás exenciones de que trata el Articulo 297 de la Ley 105 de 1980, sin necesidad de presentar comprobante alguno sobre amparo de pobreza.
