º. Representantes de las entidades Administradoras de Riesgos Profesionales diferentes al Instituto de Seguros Sociales. Las entidades administradoras de riesgos profesionales, que tengan afiliados a nivel nacional o en más de cincuenta (50) municipios, presentarán a consideración del Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, una terna de candidatos para integrar el Comité Nacional de Salud Ocupacional, en cada período. El Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social seleccionará entre los candidatos presentados, el representante más idóneo.
