Conciliación Judicial Y Extrajudicial En Materia Contencioso-Administrativa

Apruébase como artículo nuevo de la Ley 270 de 1996 el siguiente :

Artículo 42A. Conciliación judicial y extrajudicial en materia contencioso-administrativa . A partir de la vigencia de esta ley, cuando los asuntos sean conciliables, siempre constituirá requisito de procedibilidad de las acciones previstas en los artículos 85, 86 y 87 del Código Contencioso Administrativo o en las normas que lo sustituyan, el adelantamiento del trámite de la conciliación extrajudicial.
