Menciones. Las menciones a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, o al Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras en las normas de que trata el artículo 2.11.3.2 del presente título, se entenderán hechas a la Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria o a la entidad que haga sus veces. Las efectuadas al Director del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, se entenderán hechas al Superintendente de la Economía Solidaria.
