° Aplazamiento de la posesión. El Presidente de la República, Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario, si existiere justa causa para ello, podrá aplazar hasta por el término de un mes la fecha de la posesión del Alcalde electo o nombrado. La prórroga se contará a partir del vencimiento del plazo que tenía para posesionarse y deberá concederse mediante resolución.
