° ISA podrá contratar el diseño, la construcción y la operación de un ensanche, preferiblemente con la empresa en cuya zona está situada la obra proyectada o con otra empresa accionista, cuando la primera manifieste no estar en condiciones de hacerlo, según lo apruebe la Junta Directiva y se halle comprendido dentro del respectivo plan de generación vigente.
