Art. 6º De acuerdo con los artículos 31 y 32 de la Constitución, cuando en algún Departamento se establezca el monopolio sobre la producción y rectificación del aguardiente de caña y sus compuestos, los dueños de establecimientos de destilación serán debidamente indemnizados por las expropiaciones á que haya lugar.
