El reconocimiento de la firma de los documentos privados puede hacerse ante las oficinas de impuestos. Un documento privado, cualquiera que sea su naturaleza, tiene fecha cierta o auténtica, de cuando ha sido registrado o presentado ante un Notario, Juez o autoridad administrativa, siempre, que lleve la constancia y fecha de tal registro o presentación.
