La Normal Superior para Señoritas "San Carlos" de la Unión (Nariño), tendrá un auxilio anual de quinientos mil pesos para terminación de su construcción, que se incluirán a partir del Presupuesto Nacional del año próximo, durante cinco años consecutivos.
