Reconocimiento de deudas legalmente deducibles. Si el beneficiario de una prestación no se presentare a reclamarla dentro del año siguiente a la novedad fiscal de baja y existieren deudas legalmente deducibles, el Ministerio de Defensa procederá a reconocerla, previa solicitud escrita del acreedor.
