Visitas oculares e imposición de servidumbre. La Autoridad Ambiental competente ordenará practicar las visitas oculares necesarias, con el fin de establecer los puntos previsto en el artículo 2.2.3.2.14.7, letras a), b) y c) de este Decreto.

Con base en las visitas practicadas, en los planos que se hubieren levantado y en todas las informaciones obtenidas, la Autoridad Ambiental competente establecerá la servidumbre en interés público, y en la misma providencia ordenará la entrega de la zona, previo depósito de la suma que no esté cuestionada, a órdenes del juzgado que conozca del asunto.
