Las partidas necesarias para el pago de las asignaciones correspondientes a lo decretado en la presente Ley, se tomaran de las apropiaciones que se hagan en los Presupuestos de las respectivas vigencias para la Rama Jurisdiccional, y si no incluyeren, el Gobierno queda facultado para celebrar las operaciones de crédito necesarias o para arbitrar los fondos correspondientes.
