Por medio del reglamento de servicio interno se señalarán las obligaciones de cada empleado y las necesarias para el funcionamiento particular del Ministerio. Deróganse los Decretos números 815 de 1910, 1938 de 1924 y 247 de 1925. Este Reglamento empezará a regir desde la fecha de su promulgación.
