Artículo sexto. Para que un colegio pueda cambiar el uniforme, es necesario que solicite al Ministerio de Educación el permiso correspondiente aduciendo las causas por las cuales se hace la solicitud, y un memorial suscrito por la mayor parte de los padres de familia, en el cual acepten el cambio propuesto. El cambio de uniforme solicitado se deberá hacer seis meses después de la aceptación del Ministerio de Educación, y se atenderá a lo dispuesto en el Decreto 114 de1953.
