Los planes de mejora que se encuentren en seguimiento a 31 de diciembre de 2020 serán objeto de seguimiento hasta el cumplimiento del plazo de su última acción. Estos planes de mejora no serán susceptibles de prórroga. En caso de incumplimiento se adelantarán las acciones a que haya lugar en el marco de la transitoriedad prevista en los artículos 200, 201 y 202 de la Ley 2056 de 2020.
