ARTICULO 546 . La extradición . Se prohibe la extradición de colombianos por nacimiento. No se concederá la extradición de extranjeros por delitos políticos o de opinión. Los colombianos que hayan cometido delito en el exterior, considerado como tal en la legislación nacional, serán juzgados en Colombia.
