°. Modifíquese el artículo 3° del Decreto 4808 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 3°. La tasa de interés final será hasta del DTF más un punto por ciento trimestre anticipado (DTF + 1.0% T.A.) o IPC más tres por ciento Efectivo Anual (IPC +3% E.A.) con plazos hasta de doce (12) años, y hasta dos (2) años de gracia a capital.
