La inversión forzosa de que trata el artículo primero de la presente Ley se efectuará mediante la compra de "Bonos de Vivienda Popular" emitidos por el Instituto de Crédito Territorial o de otros títulos representativos de deuda pública que determine el Gobierno mediante reglamentación especial.
