ARTICULO 17 . De acuerdo al formato el Certificado Judicial tendrá validez por un año contado a partir de la fecha de su expedición, y podrá ser refrendado cada año. Vencidos los cinco (5) años perderá su vigencia, no podrá refrendarse y deberá reemplazarse por uno nuevo. Los que se expidan para salir del país, tendrán validez por treinta (30) días.
