º El pago de la participación que corresponde al Municipio de Barbacoas, de acuerdo con el artículo 1º de la Ley 119 de 1943, se hará de acuerdo con lo establecido por el artículo 16 de la Ley 45 de 1942. Para el caso de que el Municipio de Barbacoas llegaré a necesitar la contratación de un empréstito, el valor de esta participación podrá ser fijado a favor de la entidad prestamista.
