En la reglamentación del esta ley, se dará el mismo tratamiento regulatorio a la sociedades especializadas en depósitos y pagos electrónicos y a las demás entidades financieras en relación con el ofrecimiento y prestación de los servicios y productos a que hace referencia esta ley.
