1.

Asesorar al Director del Censo en los aspectos relacionados con el contenido técnico del Censo.

2.

Asesorar al Director del Censo en las etapas de planeación, preparación y evaluación del Censo.

3.

Prestar su concurso en todo aquello a que haya lugar, para llevar a cabo las labores preparatorias del Censo.
