El Ministro de Gobierno delega permanentemente en el Ministro de Justicia su cargo de miembro de la Junta Directiva de la Caja de Previsión Social de la Rama Jurisdiccional, Contencioso-Administrativo y Ministerio Público, de acuerdo con lo previsto por el artículo 19 de la Ley 22 de 1942. El Ministro de Justicia podrá a su turno delegar tal función en un representante suyo.
