El personal del Tribunal que debe servir el distrito judicial será el establecido espresamente por el artículo 5.º de la lei antes citada, a saber: de dos ministros jueces; un fiscal; un secretario; un oficial; un portero escribiente i los demas subalternos que haya establecido la Cámara provincial, segun le es potestativo por la parte final de dicho artículo.
