Los tesoreros municipales cobraran y recaudaran este impuesto al mismo tiempo que el impuesto predial, en forma conjunta e inseparable y dentro de los plazos señalados por los municipios para el pago del impuesto predial.

Parágrafo

El no pago oportuno de este impuesto causara a favor de los municipios respectivos intereses moratorios a la misma rata que se causen por mora en el pago del impuesto predial, y no tendrán destinación diferente de la del impuesto que los cause.
