°. Autoridad competente. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 2°. del Decreto- ley 369 de 1994 y en armonía con el artículo 3° del mismo, las funciones de supervisión y vigilancia a las Organizaciones e Instituciones de Ciegos, y de aquellas que presten servicios a la población con limitación visual, sean estas públicas o privadas, las cumplirá el Director General del Instituto Nacional para Ciegos –Inci, atendiendo lo dispuesto en el presente decreto y demás normas que regulen tales materias.
