Art 10. En las redenciones de censos que se hagan con renta sobre el Tesoro al portador, se admitirán, en compensacion de los réditos de los censos, los cupones respectivos, i en la proporcion correspondiente; i cuando las espresadas redenciones se hagan en bonos flotantes, podrán admitirse los cupones de renta sobre el Tesoro al portador o nominal, siempre que dichos cupones sean de los que se amortizan en remate público.
