Concédese del Tesoro Nacional la suma de dos mil pesos ($ 2.000) oro a la ciudad de Mompós, como contribución de la República para solemnizar aquella fecha de gloria y memorable.

Parágrafo

La anterior suma se considerara incluida en el Presupuesto de la actual vigencia económica, y su pago será efectuado por la Administración de Hacienda Nacional de Barranquilla tan luego como sea sancionada la presente Ley.
