Artículo vigesimoquinto . La aceptación del cargo, la posesión y la prestación de la fianza se harán ante el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas, o a falta de este, ante la primera autoridad administrativa del domicilio de la sociedad, dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la comunicación de su nombramiento.
