Artículo segundo. El presidente y el secretario de las organizaciones gremiales, expedirán constancia que servirá como credencial a quienes hayan sido elegidos de conformidad con el artículo anterior. Para la validez de estas credenciales, los delegados presentarán la representante del Ministro de Educación Nacional en la Junta Central Contadores, una relación de los afiliados que se tuvieren en cuenta para su elección. Dicha relación deberá estar firmada por el Presidente, el Secretario y el Revisor Fiscal de cada organización.
