Si el beneficiario de una licencia obligatoria o de oficio no cumpliere las condiciones establecidas en ella, el titular de la patente o los otros beneficiarios de la licencia podrán solicitar del juez su terminación.

La solicitud se tramitará en la forma y por el funcionario indicado en el artículo anterior.
