En el caso de los nombramientos, si existiere recurso en trámite, en el certificado de “NOMBRAMIENTOS” sólo se certificará la inscripción en firme, es decir que, no se incluirá en la certificación el nombre y la identificación de la persona o personas designadas cuyo registro se encuentra suspendido, sino que en el certifica “RECURSOS CONTRA LOS ACTOS DE INSCRIPCIÓN”, se relacionará el acto inscrito y el recurso, como se expuso en líneas anteriores.
