El Gobierno mantendrá en la Provincia de García Rovira una sección de la Policía Nacional, en número suficiente para asegurar el orden y la tranquilidad en dicha Provincia.

Parágrafo

Si lo que dispone este artículo no se pudiere cumplir por dificultades fiscales, el Gobierno mantendrá en aquella Provincia las fuerzas necesarias.
