El Tribunal durará en sus funciones por el término de un año; tendrá un Secretario y dos Escribientes de su libre nombramiento. La dotación de cada miembro del Tribunal y la del Secretario es de cien pesos mensuales; la de los Escribientes, de sesenta pesos cada uno, y para útiles de escritorio se destinan doscientos pesos, cantidades que se incluirán en la liquidación del Presupuesto Nacional.
