En caso de que la DIAN solicite una verificación de conformidad con el artículo 76F anterior, una vez reciba el informe del que hace referencia el artículo 3.2.8 del Acuerdo, la DIAN notificará a la autoridad competente de los Estados Unidos de América de cualquier acción que pretenda tomar bajo el artículo 3.2 7(a)(ii) o (iii), o 3.2. 7 (b)(ii) o (iii), con base en la información incluida en dicho reporte.
