Establécese en cada Intendencia una Junta de Colonización formada, en la de Casanare, por el Vicario Apostólico, por el Intendente y por un vecino honorable; y en la de San Martín, por el Intendente, por un vecino honorable y por el Cura Párroco de Villavicencio. Será Presidente de cada una de ellas el que resulte electo en la instalación. Cada una de estas Juntas tendrá un Secretario, yá de fuera, yá de su propio seno.
