El Gobierno Nacional deberá pagar, previa realización del trámite de que trata la presente Ley, las indemnizaciones de perjuicios causados por violaciones de los derechos humanos que se hayan declarado, o llegaren a declarase, en decisiones expresas de los órganos internacionales de derechos humanos que más adelante se señalan.
