Considering that MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH has submitted the associated technical documentation, which was reviewed and evaluated under Colombian Civil Aviation Regulations (RAC 21, § 21.515). The Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (AEROCIVIL) accepts the foreign Supplemental Type Certificate No. 10050861 for major alteration application on Colombian registered aeronautical products, in accordance with airworthiness limitations and conditions stated in the EASA Supplemental Type Certificate. NOTE: Is important to inform you that the Colombian Aeronautical Regulations (RAC) requires that the STC to be accepted or validated is the one issued by the state of design that approved the modification, in this case EASA STC 10050861, which is the one being accepted in this process. It is also understood that under the bilateral agreements in place between FAA and EASA the data used to provide compliance should be the same independently of the authority issuing the STC, and as long as the type design certification basis are the same, which is clearly stated under the certification basis of the STC submitted ________________________________________________________________________ Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil www.aerocivil.gov.co - Av.
