1Mientras Se Establece El Servicio Militar Obligatorio Los Individuos De Tropa Del Ejército De La República Celebrarán Contratos De Enganche, Cuya Duración No Exceda De Tres Años2Figurará En Los Contratos Como Parte, En Representación Del Inmediato Superior, El Comandante Del Cuerpo, Y Se Hará Constar La Obligación Que Contrae El Individuo Enganchado De Cumplir El Contrato So Pena De Aplicarle Las Disposiciones Del Código Militar3De Cada Contrato Se Harán Solidarias Dos Clases Del Cuerpo En Que Se Celebre, Y Dejarán Su Firma Al Pie Del Respectivo Documento4El Documento Contendrá: A) La Filiación Del Enganchado; B) Su Firma Ó Signo; C) La Del Comandante De La Batería Ó Compañía Á Que Se Destine; D ) La Del Segundo Jefe Del Cuerpo, Para Constancia De Que Queda Copia En El Detall; Y E) La Del Primer Jefe, Como Ratificación5Los Contratos Podrán Ser Renovables Á Voluntad De Las Partes6Queda Encargado El Ministerio De Guerra De Disponer Lo Conveniente Para Que El Presente Decreto Empiece Á Cumplirse En La B Atería Modelo , Y Luégo Sucesivamente En Los Demás Cuerpos Del Ejército
