1Distribuyese La Partida Global De Setenta Mil Pesos ($ 702Las Sumas Asignadas En El Artículo Anterior Serán Entregadas Al Representante Legal De La Institución Por Consueto De La Tesorería De La Respectiva Intendencia O Comisaria Y Dichos Representantes, Además De Las Cuentas Comprobadas Que Están Obligados A Rendir A La Contraloría General De La República, Deberán Cumplir Con Todas Las Disposiciones Legales Que Rigen Las Instituciones De Utilidad Común , Y Caso De No Hacerlo, El Ministerio De Higiene, Dictará La Resolución De Traslados, De Acuerdo Con Lo Dispuesto En El Artículo 51 De La Ley 84 De 1937
