1Adiciónanse Los Decretos 740 De 1970 Y 134 De 1972 En El Sentido De Que Las Autorizaciones Que Ellos Confieren A La Dirección General De Aduanas Para Permitir Al Ministerio De Obras Públicas Y Transporte Fondo Vial Nacional Recibir En Consignación Toda Clase, De Maquinaria, Equipo, Partes Y Repuestos Con Destino A La Construcción Y Conservación De Carreteras, Se Hacen Extensivas A Los Puertos De Santa Marta Y Buenaventura, Dentro De Las Condiciones Previstas En Los Citados Decretos2El Ministerio De Obras Públicas Y Transporte Y El Fondo Vial Nacional Realizarán Ante Y De Común Acuerdo Con La Dirección General De Aduanas Del Ministerio De Hacienda Y Crédito Público Todas Las Actuaciones Que Las ,normas Legales Y Administrativas Exigen Para Poder Hacer Efectivas Las Autorizaciones Por Este Decreto Otorgadas3El Presente Decreto Rige Desde La Fecha De Su Expedición Comuníquese Y Cúmplase
